#6 Fredrick CC 12 #RV Wood Ducks 11

A walk-off left Century College on the wrong end of a 12-11 defeat to Fredrick CC Cougars. The game was tied at 11 with FCC batting in the bottom of the eighth when Weston Roop's sac fly scored the game winning run.

The Wood Ducks collected 12 hits and FCC Cougars had 13 in the high-scoring affair.

FCC evened things up at 11 in the bottom of the seventh inning.  An error scored one run for the Cougars.

Charlie Atkinson took the loss for the Ducks. The righty allowed zero hits and one run over one inning, walking one. Dylan Immel started the game for Century. He lasted five and a third innings, allowing nine hits and eight runs (4 earned)  while striking out four.

The Wood Ducks launched two home runs on the day. Brock Larsen went yard in the third inning. Grant Proctor put one out in the fourth inning. They totaled 12 hits in the game.  Nick Ibrahim, Larsen, Noah Drusch, and Blaine Guthrie all collected multiple hits for Century. Larsen and Ibrahim each collected three hits to lead the Wood Ducks.

The Wood Ducks stole the lead late and defeated FCC Cougars 7-3. Century trailed 2-1 in the bottom of the sixth inning when an error scored two runs for the Ducks.

Kaden Pfeffer earned the victory on the mound. The southpaw lasted six innings, allowing seven hits and two runs while striking out nine and walking one.  Cole Bakkum threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Dom Vogel went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Century College Wood Ducks in hits. Nick Ibrahim and Zac Evenson both had 2 RBI in the game.

#13 Lincoln Land CC 5 #RV Wood Ducks 0

A double by Dom Vogel in the second inning was a positive for Century College.

Ryan Bell led things off on the pitcher's mound for the Wood Ducks. Bell lasted five and two-thirds innings, allowing six hits and four runs while striking out four and walking one.

Vogel, Nick Ibrahim, Porter Jorgenson, and Brock Larsen each collected one hit for the Wood Ducks.

#13 Lincoln Land CC 4 #RV Wood Ducks 3

Century College lost the lead late in a 4-3 defeat to Lincoln Land CC on Friday.  The game was tied at one with Lincoln Land CC batting in the top of the sixth when Koheler doubled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.

The Wood Ducks got on the board in the first inning.  Blaine Guthrie drove in Xander Paar with a single. Guthrie, Noah Drusch, Xander Paar, and Brock Larsen all had one hit.

Zac Evenson took the loss for Century College Wood Ducks. The southpaw allowed three hits and three runs over one and two-thirds innings, striking out three and walking one. Jack Carlson started the game for the Woodie's. Carlson surrendered one run on four hits over four innings, striking out four.

Glen Oaks CC 8 #RV Wood Ducks 6

The Wood Ducks's effort to come back from down six runs in the first inning came up just short, as they fell 8-6 to Glen Oaks CC on Sunday.  Century scored six runs in the failed comeback on a double by Nick Ibrahim in the first, a single by Xander Paar in the second, a walk by Brock Larsen in the second, a single by Ibrahim in the second, and a double by Dom Vogel in the eighth.

Ty Valiton took the loss for Century College Wood Ducks. The pitcher went one inning, allowing six runs (1 earned) on five hits, striking out one and walking one. Jake Schmidt and Leo Fleischhacker both threw four innings in relief to keep the close. Schmidt gave 1 unearned run on no hits through four and Fleischhacker gave up 1 run on four hits and had four strikeouts.

The Wood Ducks collected nine hits.  Ibrahim, Paar, and Vogel each collected multiple hits. Paar and Ibrahim all had three hits to lead Century.

#RV Wood Ducks 16 Lake Michigan CC 13

Chris Brey was an RBI machine on Monday, driving in five on three hits to lead the Wood Ducks past Lake Michigan College 16-13 on Monday.  Brey drove in runs on a grand slam in the fifth and a single in the seventh.

Century College Wood Ducks collected 11 hits and Lake Michigan College had nine in the high-scoring affair.

In the bottom of the second inning, the Wood Ducks tied things up at two when Dom Vogel grounded out, scoring one run. The Ducks pulled away for good with two runs in the third inning.  In the third Zach Bruns singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs.

The Wood Ducks put up nine runs in the fifth inning.  The offensive onslaught was led by Bruns, Vogel, Noah Drusch, Nick Ibrahim, Grant Proctor, and Brey, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Lake Michigan College scored six runs in the seventh inning.  Lake Michigan College big bats were led by Tanner Simpson, Colton Nelson,  Alexander Flores, and Jordan Miller, who all drove in runs.

Jack Vlasaty pitched the Wood Ducks to victory. The righthander went five innings, allowing two runs on five hits and striking out four.  A number of pitchers entered the game as relief, with Vogel, Wes Nelson, Tommy Pinnow, and Charlie Atkinson all securing outs and ultimately the victory.

The Wood Ducks racked up 11 hits.  Bruns and Brey each had three hits to lead Century.

#RV Wood Ducks 10 Mid-Michigan College 6

The Wood Ducks stole the lead late in the game in a 10-6 victory over Mid Michigan College on Wednesday.  The game was tied at six with Century batting in the top of the sixth when pitch hitter Blaine Guthrie singled on a 2-0 count, scoring two runs.

Ty Valiton took the win for Century. The righthander went three and a third innings, allowing two runs on four hits, striking out six and walking zero. Cole Bakkum started the game for the Wood Ducks. The righty lasted three and two-thirds innings, allowing five hits and four runs while striking out four.

Ibrahim went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Century hits.

#RV Wood Ducks 4 #12 Erie CC 3

Century College Wood Ducks defeated Erie CC Kats Varsity 4-3 on Wednesday.

Dylan Immel was the winning pitcher for the Wood Ducks. He lasted five innings, allowing nine hits and three runs while striking out eight.  Leo Fleischhacker threw two scoreless innings in relief to earn the save.

Noah Drusch, Zach Bruns, Nick Ibrahim, and Brock Larsen all had one hit for the Wood Ducks.  

#RV Wood Ducks 7 #12 Erie CC 3

An early lead helped Century defeat Erie CC Kats Varsity 7-3 on Wednesday. The Wood Ducks scored on a single by Blaine Guthrie in the first inning and a single by Byrce Campbell in the second inning.

Century tallied four runs in the fourth inning.  The Ducks's big bats in the inning were led by a single by Campbell, a sacrifice fly by Nate Costa, and a double by Brock Larsen. The Wood Ducks tallied nine hits on the day. Chris Brey and Campbell each had multiple hits for Century.

Kaden Pfeffer earned the win going seven innings, allowing three runs on five hits, striking out seven and walking one.

#4 Niagara County CC 14 #RV Wood Ducks 0

Century fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 14-0 loss to Niagara County cc on Thursday.  

A single by Xander Paar in the third inning was a positive for the Wood Ducks.

The base paths were crowded today for both offenses in a high-scoring game where Niagara County cc came out on top against the Wood Ducks, 9-6.

Niagara county cc took an early lead in the first inning when they singled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run.

Century knotted the game up at three in the top of the third inning.  Dom Vogel singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

The Wood Ducks notched five runs in the third inning.  The Woodies offense in the inning was led by Brock Larsen, Vogel, and Xander Paar, who each had RBIs in the inning. Century College tallied seven hits in the game.  Larsen and Paar all collected multiple hits for Century College Wood Ducks.

Jack Carlson took the loss allowing four hits and seven runs over three and a third innings, striking out six.
